The following terms apply to all contracts concluded between the shop operator and the customer via this website.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order via the website, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order or ships the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euros (€).
Prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

Payment may be made using the payment methods offered on the website.

The seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

6. Liability

The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, the seller is only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

7. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
